Like you, I have a lifelong interest in self-improvement. Much of it has been very beneficial, and I credit my experiences and study in those spaces with a lot of my success in life. To this day, I participate in carefully-chosen coaching communities. I have done two certifications as well.

BUT….unfortunately, there are some bad actors in the industry, and I’m seeing a lot of people get ripped off and hurt.
