Are you a life coach, healer or self-improvement seeker who has ben scammed by a container or mastermind that didn’t deliver — or worse?
Like you, I have a lifelong interest in self-improvement. Much of it has been very beneficial, and I credit my experiences and study in those spaces with a lot of my success in life. To this day, I participate in carefully-chosen coaching communities. I have done two certifications as well.
BUT….unfortunately, there are some bad actors in the industry, and I’m seeing a lot of people get ripped off and hurt.
If you are in a coaching program, container, mastermind or self-improvement group and feel uncomfortable or scammed because:
- It is very different from what you were told that you’d get (e.g., what you thought was a business and marketing workshop is more about trauma or Human Design, and the only “strategy” is to believe harder, or pay for another program, or do even more breathwork,etc….)
- You were promised certain metrics or results that you aren’t getting, despite working really hard
- You paid a substantial fee for content or experiences that are the same as the lower-priced or free material the coach already provides, not justifying the exponentially higher price
- You repeatedly don’t feel safe — you are singled out, gaslit, and made to believe it’s your fault and that you still have much more “work to do”
It’s not in your head!!! These are red flags.
